FAQ

Questions buyers ask before sampling.

Is this duffle bag made with original Alcantara?

The selected article must be confirmed for each project. Alcantara material sourcing is subject to project requirements and supplier documentation; certification and origin documents can be reviewed during quotation.

Can the size, colour and compartments be customized?

Yes. Dimensions, colour direction, capacity, interior pockets, lining, handles, strap and hardware can be developed around the approved brief.

Can you add our private-label logo?

Yes. Logo methods may include tested debossed patches, embroidery, metal branding or printed details, depending on the selected material and design.

What should be checked on the sample?

Review capacity, handle comfort, reinforcement, zipper access, pocket layout, surface direction, colour, logo, hardware and packaging against the agreed specification.

Is the bag waterproof?

No waterproof claim is made by default. Material, seams, zippers and finished construction require project-specific testing before any performance claim.

What are the MOQ and lead time?

MOQ and lead time depend on material availability, colour quantity, structure, hardware, packaging and the number of sample revisions.
